If you’ve never tried martial arts before, there’s hardly a better place for your first taste than Red Boat Kung Fu. Our adult martial arts classes leave all our students sore and sweaty but smiling. We offer various courses (BJJ, MMA, Wing Chun) for different levels, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced veteran.
To mark your progress, we’ll invite you to belt gradings — an opportunity to show off your skill and win coloured belts. Trust us, the feeling you’ll get after obtaining the first one is unlike any other! But if you just want to exercise and have fun with no pressure, you can do that too. We always strive to create a positive, fun atmosphere for everyone involved!
Are you an adult looking for a new hobby? Or do you want your child to be active and make new friends? Whatever the case, our school has a program for you.
We offer several courses, including mixed martial arts (MMA), Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), Wing Chun, and boxing. You can also choose to join our group sessions or ask for a private one — whatever you prefer. And if you’re a woman, you may opt for women’s only training for additional comfort.
I have surprised myself on how far I have progressed, but still have plenty to learn. Some days are more challenging than other days. My strength, fitness and co-ordination have increased 100%.
