Do you have a ground game? BJJ is on tonight at 6pm

Morning all!

Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 9.30am are our dedicated BJJ days. While we go to the ground in some Wing Chun classes – in order to get an adaptable understanding of the fight game on the ground – you really should invest some hours in training Jiu Jitsu. So book in for tonight at 6!

It was great to see a significant improvement in numbers for sparring last night! Let’s keep it up!

Classes today are:

4.30pm Over 10’s JMAP
6pm BJJ

Fridays classes include:

12.15pm Wing Chun 
4.30pm Junior Masters Succession Program
6.30pm Wing Chun
