You cant beat the classics …Last night was a great drilling class big effort all round well done! …Tonight is crazy combos 2.o so dont miss it …And remember locker fees are due …they should with the seminar proceeds get us not one but two new tribal dummies …they are super cool i think they are the best dummies world wide no question…Also a shout out to the lunchtime crew I’m on for the next few mondays, we’re going to run the same theme, old school drilling ..Tomorrow as well … See you on the mat ..Sifu

Police and Emergency Services BJJ Team Open Mat this Sunday 8th September at 9:30am – it’s a normal class for us, so come along! We’re opening our mat to the team, it’s something they do every 4-6 weeks, and more-so lately as the Police and Emergency Services Games are on next month and some of them will be competing. It’s free for Red Boat Kung Fu students as it’s a usual class for us.

Chi Sau Workshop Sunday 15th September $99 per person, all levels welcome, starts at 11am and will run for approx 4hrs!
