If you missed the first two, no problem! Here’s a quick recap: The Peruvian Set Up is a series of three submissions – an armlock, a choke, and a leglock – that can be used to finish a fight.

These techniques are often used in mixed martial arts (MMA), Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and other grappling martial arts. They are highly effective and can be used to finish a fight quickly.

The first submission in the Peruvian Set Up is an armlock. This technique can be used to Submission an opponent by hyperextending their elbow joint. It is a very painful technique and can cause serious injury if not applied correctly.

The second submission in the Peruvian Set Up is a choke. This technique can be used to choke an opponent unconscious or force them to tap out. It is a very powerful technique and should only be used in sport or self-defense situations.
