Public Holiday Monday

Hi guys,

Tomorrow being a public holiday we will be open briefly between 10am – 12noon. Come in to do your own training! Sifu and Zac will be there to assist if you have questions but for the most part come in to do your own thing or partner up with someone for a workout.
