Smashing It!!

What an awesome few nights of training we’ve had! Thank you so much to Dave and John and seniors for pulling together while Sifu’s on his seminar tour. They have put on some fantastic classes this week, I hope you didn’t miss it.

Thank you all also for making the new/potential students on the mat feel welcome – especially when myself or Sifu isn’t there to look after them – as new students keep us growing and the school fresh.

Tonight is no-gi BJJ with March, starts at 6pm and will cover sweeps to and attacks from side control, plus a quick recap of the Peruvian Dozen, no-gi sequence.
